Welcome to SCC Moodle Support

Below is information that will get you started accessing Moodle via The Hub:

Logging in to Moodle for the very first time? Recently change your password?  If so, you will see the following message appear after clicking on one of your courses from the My Moodle Course tab of The Hub.

Initial Moodle Log In Message

If you see the message above when clicking a course name on your My Moodle Courses tab of The Hub, click the link and re-enter your SCC Username and password (be sure to enter it exactly like you did when you logged in to The Hub site. Refer to our How do I access my Moodle Courses from The Hub? document for more injformation.

If you still cannot log in, contact the SCC Helpdesk at 402-437-2447 or helpdesk@southeast.edu.

If you are having trouble accessing The Hub, you can try to access Moodle directly via the following link:
http://online.southeast.mrooms3.net/. However, please let the helpdesk know that you are having Hub login problems, so that we can resolve the issue.

You MUST have a stable internet connection in order to maintain your connection to the Moodle site. Do NOT rely on cellular-provided internet service or a mobile hotspot as your only Internet source. Cellular internet service does not typically maintain a stable enough connection for Moodle access. Do not plan to use a phone or tablet device as your only method of completing your online course--a computer is required.
